WAIV is a science-driven startup based in Hamburg, founded by a team of physicists, engineers, and visionaries who believe that cutting-edge technology should also be intuitive and accessible. Born out of the 5pectre Optix research project at DESY, our mission is to rethink FTIR spectroscopy — not just by improving performance, but by redesigning the instrument from the ground up.
